RECA Pre-licensing Courses | Real Estate

Pass your real estate licensing exam with ease

To become a licensed real estate agent with the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA), you must complete at least two pre-licensing courses. Start with the mandatory course, Fundamentals of Real Estate, before choosing from one of the three different areas of practice. It's important to complete these courses to be eligible to take the licensing exam.
